Return & Exchange Policy

Eva operates with a strict non-return and non-exchange policy due to the personal and energetic nature of our products.
We accept returns only if the item arrives damaged.
To qualify for a replacement:
- Email us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- Include clear photos and videos of the damaged product and its packaging.
- Once verified, we will send a replacement of the same product.
- Refunds are not provided under any circumstances unless the product is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
Products cannot be returned due to:
- change of mind
- energy not resonating
- size or color preference
- subjective experience or expectations
We ensure every piece is cleansed, checked, and packed with care before dispatch.
